Once we found the villa, he went out of his way to help us make contact with relevant people for the process to run smoothly. Since then, he has helped us with the villa in all manner of ways. As you know our hearts were set on the Harbour Lights Development at Villaricos and that is were you gave us a headache!  You spoiled us with choice, with all the different options you presented. Trying to decide on which option was our only problem as one was nicer than another! We really appreciated your help and input, second and even third viewings never a problem.  This purchase has been the most stress free house purchase we have ever made. What can I say but a huge thankyou to Steven James Howlett & Juan Carlos of VIP Almeria for the speed & professional approach when handling our apartment. In 3 weeks they found a buyer who then viewed and we have just completed at Notary this morning. We also would like to say a huge thank you to Adolfo the clients acting solicitors.
