Happy Days! I put my property up for sale recently with Steve Howlett - V.I.P,Almeria and to my amazement, it sold in less than a week. This was my first purchase in Spain. I studied the market and booked many different appointments with Agents. We visited all along the Almeria coast as far as Costa de la Luz, we came back to Mojacar for second visits to my favourite Villas.
