Hi Steven, David and I just wanted to say a huge thanks for all your help. From our initial email in Uk to our meetings in Villaricos your help in every way has been second to none. As you know our hearts were set on the Harbour Lights Development at Villaricos and that is were you gave us a headache!  You spoiled us with choice, with all the different options you presented. Trying to decide on which option was our only problem as one was nicer than another! We really appreciated your help and input, second and even third viewings never a problem.  This purchase has been the most stress free house purchase we have ever made. Just returned from Mojacar and can't thank Steve enough for his never ending help in finding a property. He is by far the best estate agent in the area as he treats every person who comes through the door of his office as individuals. I met Steve in September and on discussing property in the area of Mojacar he soon realised that I didn't know much about the area at all.. he took time out and took us all around the area explaining what Mojacar is about which then gave us a good insight as to where we would like to buy. We kept in touch with him from September to our next visit in November and we have just returned having secured a property. I can assure anyone looking for property in the area of Mojacar that they should visit Steve and see for themselves just how much he goes out of his way to find the right property for the person! He is so helpful and has a superb quality of building relationships quickly with prospective clients. He can't do enough for you and eventually becomes a friend to you through the process of buying.
