First met Steven back in July 2014 when buying our townhouse, he ferried us around to view at least 10 properties and he was an enormous help then as we didn't really have a clue as to what we were doing, who to turn to etc. He pointed us in all the right directions then and now we've asked for his help and guidance again, nearly 2 years later, there was no hesitation and nothing has been too much trouble this time either. Steven and VIP have been invaluable in finding us our wonderful villa in Mojacar. From our first enquiry he was so enthusiastic and arranged an excellent selection of viewings. Once we found the villa, he went out of his way to help us make contact with relevant people for the process to run smoothly. Since then, he has helped us with the villa in all manner of ways. We approached V.I.P Almeria when we considered selling our villa in Mojacar. The summer is here so we thought maybe in the next year it would sell.
