Luckily i was one of the few people who got to work closely with steven. He runs a great company and he puts in alot of time and effort. He doesnt just sell a property to anyone but he sells it to people who will improve and make better of the society. Its easy to tell he loves what he does and hes constantly improving the area. Whilst working with him for a short period of time i considerd myself lucky because an opportunity like that doesnt occur every day.

We were recommended to Steve at V.I.P. Almeria as the estate agent to use and we were delighted with the service that we received. Steve was informative and enthusiastic but never pushy. We had been the victims of an aborted purchase some years ago so were naturally cautious and wary but Steve was a reassuring advisor and guide. He and his colleagues were also a great help with their advice and assistance after the purchase was completed. We intend to use them as our letting agents and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to potential purchasers.

First met Steven back in July 2014 when buying our townhouse, he ferried us around to view at least 10 properties and he was an enormous help then as we didn't really have a clue as to what we were doing, who to turn to etc. He pointed us in all the right directions then and now we've asked for his help and guidance again, nearly 2 years later, there was no hesitation and nothing has been too much trouble this time either.
