This was my first purchase in Spain. I studied the market and booked many different appointments with Agents. We visited all along the Almeria coast as far as Costa de la Luz, we came back to Mojacar for second visits to my favourite Villas. Steven Howlett is very organized and has a meticulous attention to detail. He did the job done the way i wanted it done.

I went to Spain to visit friends and was intrigued by what property prices were in relation to what I would see as my ideal package. It is unlikely that we would have settled in Mojacar if it had not been for VIP Almeria. At no time did they hesitate to iron out a problem,and long after we arrived they were aways there to assist.
