Steven; Just to say thanks for all your help in acquiring our holiday home in Mojacar.  Your thoroughness and professionalism  in identifying a broad range of suitable properties proved invaluable when it came to us making our final decision.  We never felt pressurised during the entire process,  yet you were always on hand to give advice if sought. What can I say but a huge thankyou to Steven James Howlett & Juan Carlos of VIP Almeria for the speed & professional approach when handling our apartment. In 3 weeks they found a buyer who then viewed and we have just completed at Notary this morning. We also would like to say a huge thank you to Adolfo the clients acting solicitors. A massive credit where credit is due we are more than happy. You have done in under 3 weeks what others have failed to do in 2 years, well done!
