I have know Steve for a few years and always recommend him to friends who are looking to buy in Mojacar. Steve has so much knowledge about the industry and Mojacar that I would be surprised if he couldn't help you to buy or sell. Steve has just sold our apartment and he put so much time and effort into the viewing and the actual sale process, we feel we can leave everything in his hands as he is totally trustworthy and professional. We regard Steve as a friend who will go the extra mile to satisfy you. Another important thing is that he communicates well which is really important when your in the UK and you have to rely on someone for their expertise and guidance, he always returns your calls and emails so you know what is happening. Just returned from Mojacar and can't thank Steve enough for his never ending help in finding a property. He is by far the best estate agent in the area as he treats every person who comes through the door of his office as individuals. I met Steve in September and on discussing property in the area of Mojacar he soon realised that I didn't know much about the area at all.. he took time out and took us all around the area explaining what Mojacar is about which then gave us a good insight as to where we would like to buy. We kept in touch with him from September to our next visit in November and we have just returned having secured a property. I can assure anyone looking for property in the area of Mojacar that they should visit Steve and see for themselves just how much he goes out of his way to find the right property for the person! He is so helpful and has a superb quality of building relationships quickly with prospective clients. He can't do enough for you and eventually becomes a friend to you through the process of buying.
