Steven and VIP have been invaluable in finding us our wonderful villa in Mojacar. From our first enquiry he was so enthusiastic and arranged an excellent selection of viewings. Once we found the villa, he went out of his way to help us make contact with relevant people for the process to run smoothly. Since then, he has helped us with the villa in all manner of ways. We approached V.I.P Almeria when we considered selling our villa in Mojacar. The summer is here so we thought maybe in the next year it would sell. Steven came up and helped us with our paperwork, made arrangements for taxes, photographed the house and even made a video.
