Luckily i was one of the few people who got to work closely with steven. He runs a great company and he puts in alot of time and effort. He doesnt just sell a property to anyone but he sells it to people who will improve and make better of the society. Its easy to tell he loves what he does and hes constantly improving the area. Whilst working with him for a short period of time i considerd myself lucky because an opportunity like that doesnt occur every day.

Dear Steve, I would just like to thank you for all the help and support that you gave to me during the purchase of my apartment in Mojacar.  You read all these horror stories of purchases going wrong and I was very nervious, but you made everything simple for me.  There was no pressure and you talked me through everything.
