Steve Howlett from VIP Almeria was absolutely brilliant when we were looking for a property to buy, he listened to what we wanted and did his utmost to find us a house. He helped with problems we had, put us in touch with the right people and, unusual for an estate agent, was not 'pushy' at all. Would recommend VIP Almeria 100%. if you are looking for a property to buy or have one to sell Completely trustworthy, professional and dependable, don't come much better.

I cannot thank you enough Steven James Howlett for looking after my mum & dad's sale of their villa. To any seller or buyer who reads this just contact Steve and you will understand true service.

Muy profesional, atento, y dedicado ...Very professional, courteous, and committed.

First met Steven back in July 2014 when buying our townhouse, he ferried us around to view at least 10 properties and he was an enormous help then as we didn't really have a clue as to what we were doing, who to turn to etc. He pointed us in all the right directions then and now we've asked for his help and guidance again, nearly 2 years later, there was no hesitation and nothing has been too much trouble this time either. He makes you feel more like an old friend than a client and we would recommend VIP Almeria to anyone thinking of buying or renting in the area. Ann & Steve McNally, Warrington, April 2016.
