What can I say but a huge thankyou to Steven James Howlett & Juan Carlos of VIP Almeria for the speed & professional approach when handling our apartment. In 3 weeks they found a buyer who then viewed and we have just completed at Notary this morning. We also would like to say a huge thank you to Adolfo the clients acting solicitors. A massive credit where credit is due we are more than happy. You have done in under 3 weeks what others have failed to do in 2 years, well done!

First met Steven back in July 2014 when buying our townhouse, he ferried us around to view at least 10 properties and he was an enormous help then as we didn't really have a clue as to what we were doing, who to turn to etc. He pointed us in all the right directions then and now we've asked for his help and guidance again, nearly 2 years later, there was no hesitation and nothing has been too much trouble this time either. He makes you feel more like an old friend than a client and we would recommend VIP Almeria to anyone thinking of buying or renting in the area. Ann & Steve McNally, Warrington, April 2016.

Steve from VIP Almeria is One of the nicest and helpful people you will ever meet he couldn't do enough for me with my house, i can honestly say and i always do say buy or sell with him and he will make it as much stress free as he possible can. Thank you Steve for everything you did for me and i hope you are doing well you deserve it!
