We were recommended to Steve at V.I.P. Almeria as the estate agent to use and we were delighted with the service that we received. Steve was informative and enthusiastic but never pushy. We had been the victims of an aborted purchase some years ago so were naturally cautious and wary but Steve was a reassuring advisor and guide. He and his colleagues were also a great help with their advice and assistance after the purchase was completed. We intend to use them as our letting agents and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to potential purchasers.

This was my first purchase in Spain. I studied the market and booked many different appointments with Agents. We visited all along the Almeria coast as far as Costa de la Luz, we came back to Mojacar for second visits to my favourite Villas. Just returned from Mojacar and can't thank Steve enough for his never ending help in finding a property. We kept in touch with him from September to our next visit in November and we have just returned having secured a property. What can I say? There really aren't enough positive superlatives to describe the superb, fantastic service you and your team gave me in the selling of my property in Mojacar, recently.
