We approached V.I.P Almeria when we considered selling our villa in Mojacar. The summer is here so we thought maybe in the next year it would sell. Steven came up and helped us with our paperwork, made arrangements for taxes, photographed the house and even made a video. He came back within a few days and said he had an offer, we had not even done a viewing yet, and two weeks later we had sold. First met Steven back in July 2014 when buying our townhouse, he ferried us around to view at least 10 properties and he was an enormous help then as we didn't really have a clue as to what we were doing, who to turn to etc. He pointed us in all the right directions then and now we've asked for his help and guidance again, nearly 2 years later, there was no hesitation and nothing has been too much trouble this time either.
