I have know Steve for a few years and always recommend him to friends who are looking to buy in Mojacar. Steve has so much knowledge about the industry and Mojacar that I would be surprised if he couldn't help you to buy or sell. Steve has just sold our apartment and he put so much time and effort into the viewing and the actual sale process, we feel we can leave everything in his hands as he is totally trustworthy and professional. We regard Steve as a friend who will go the extra mile to satisfy you. Another important thing is that he communicates well which is really important when your in the UK and you have to rely on someone for their expertise and guidance, he always returns your calls and emails so you know what is happening. The staff at VIP are also friendly and helpful. To sum it up use VIP you won't be disappointed. Marion and Glyn Elshaw

First met Steven back in July 2014 when buying our townhouse, he ferried us around to view at least 10 properties and he was an enormous help then as we didn't really have a clue as to what we were doing, who to turn to etc. He pointed us in all the right directions then and now we've asked for his help and guidance again, nearly 2 years later, there was no hesitation and nothing has been too much trouble this time either. He makes you feel more like an old friend than a client and we would recommend VIP Almeria to anyone thinking of buying or renting in the area. Ann & Steve McNally, Warrington, April 2016.

I went to Spain to visit friends and was intrigued by what property prices were in relation to what I would see as my ideal package. I met Steve from VIP who not only took time to listen to what my requirements might be but he also went the extra mile in terms of service. With his highly professional profile I found it comfortable to make the decision to purchase.

What can I say? There really aren't enough positive superlatives to describe the superb, fantastic service you and your team gave me in the selling of my property in Mojacar, recently. Throughout some hard years, Steven was always there to support me in a professional, but also a friendly and caring way. Extraordinary experience. I've bought and sold quite a few houses over my now many decades and I've never had anything approaching this degree of dedication and personal engagement - it was of a different order altogether. Fantastic, Steven and co.! I'm hugely indebted to you and just hope I get to see you all again before too long. Gracias, Jill.
