As an expatriate living in Spain and recently having to sell a property and return to the U.k. I would like to make the following sincere comments regarding VIP. Never in my long experience with estate agents have I ever had  such excellent and cheerful service when selling a property with some of the  problems which can and indeed did occur  over this sale. Dealing with all  the various authorities was  expertly handled in Spanish by Mr Howlett and his assistant leaving me free of worry and confident of the good outcome which occurred in a remarkably short time. Just returned from Mojacar and can't thank Steve enough for his never ending help in finding a property. He is by far the best estate agent in the area as he treats every person who comes through the door of his office as individuals. I met Steve in September and on discussing property in the area of Mojacar he soon realised that I didn't know much about the area at all.. he took time out and took us all around the area explaining what Mojacar is about which then gave us a good insight as to where we would like to buy. We kept in touch with him from September to our next visit in November and we have just returned having secured a property. I can assure anyone looking for property in the area of Mojacar that they should visit Steve and see for themselves just how much he goes out of his way to find the right property for the person! He is so helpful and has a superb quality of building relationships quickly with prospective clients. He can't do enough for you and eventually becomes a friend to you through the process of buying. We are so looking forward to going back to Mojacar and get the keys to our property. Steve is now firmly a good friend and I can honestly say, please if anyone is interested in buying go and make contact with Steve as you will not be disappointed at all. It is unlikely that we would have settled in Mojacar if it had not been for VIP Almeria. At no time did they hesitate to iron out a problem,and long after we arrived they were aways there to assist.
