As an expatriate living in Spain and recently having to sell a property and return to the U.k. I would like to make the following sincere comments regarding VIP. Never in my long experience with estate agents have I ever had  such excellent and cheerful service when selling a property with some of the  problems which can and indeed did occur  over this sale. Dealing with all  the various authorities was  expertly handled in Spanish by Mr Howlett and his assistant leaving me free of worry and confident of the good outcome which occurred in a remarkably short time. Steve Howlett from VIP Almeria was absolutely brilliant when we were looking for a property to buy, he listened to what we wanted and did his utmost to find us a house. He helped with problems we had, put us in touch with the right people and, unusual for an estate agent, was not 'pushy' at all. Would recommend VIP Almeria 100%. if you are looking for a property to buy or have one to sell Completely trustworthy, professional and dependable, don't come much better.

Steven; Just to say thanks for all your help in acquiring our holiday home in Mojacar.  Your thoroughness and professionalism  in identifying a broad range of suitable properties proved invaluable when it came to us making our final decision.  We never felt pressurised during the entire process,  yet you were always on hand to give advice if sought. Finally, even after concluding the deal we were very impressed  by the fact that you continued to follow through on a number of outstanding issues on our behalf. Bernie and Gerry Finnegan.

Big thank you to Steve at VIP for the sale of our house. It was so nice to feel that we have someone on our side who we can trust, something that can be quite rare here in Spain! He will always be our first choice in any future property transactions. All the best, you deserve it.
