We approached V.I.P Almeria when we considered selling our villa in Mojacar. The summer is here so we thought maybe in the next year it would sell. Steven came up and helped us with our paperwork, made arrangements for taxes, photographed the house and even made a video. He came back within a few days and said he had an offer, we had not even done a viewing yet, and two weeks later we had sold. Happy Days! I put my property up for sale recently with Steve Howlett - V.I.P,Almeria and to my amazement, it sold in less than a week. I found Steve very professional and enthusiastic from start to finish, he gave good advice and sorted out any worries or reservations I had and made the whole experience stress free.
