This was my first purchase in Spain. I studied the market and booked many different appointments with Agents. We visited all along the Almeria coast as far as Costa de la Luz, we came back to Mojacar for second visits to my favourite Villas. Steven Howlett is very organized and has a meticulous attention to detail. He did the job done the way i wanted it done.

VIP came recommended to us by Olive Properties / Bedar.  Having posted our apartment on the web in mid March, we were astonished to find that Steve had secured us a deal, dealt with all the buraucracy and lodged our funds to our bank in less than 12 weeks.  He was simply amazing - like a whirlwind in how he just took the reins and jumped every hurdle on our behalf.  He just took any element of stress out of our hands and managed the entire process with gusto.  Well done Steve and we wish you every success at VIP.

It is unlikely that we would have settled in Mojacar if it had not been for VIP Almeria. At no time did they hesitate to iron out a problem,and long after we arrived they were aways there to assist. Luckily i was one of the few people who got to work closely with steven. He runs a great company and he puts in alot of time and effort. He doesnt just sell a property to anyone but he sells it to people who will improve and make better of the society. Its easy to tell he loves what he does and hes constantly improving the area. Whilst working with him for a short period of time i considerd myself lucky because an opportunity like that doesnt occur every day.
