The guest lodge is a fantastic B&B retreat that is fully registered and compliant with the Andalusian tourism board and providing a substantial annual income for the vendors. The lodge comprises two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes, a lounge area, fully fitted kitchen and separate utility area. The guest lodge is equipped with full air conditioning. The outdoor space includes a large covered terrace to the front courtyard leading to the enclosed heated pool area. 
 
The pool area offers a Florida style enclosure ensuring maximum enjoyment of the outside space free from any bugs all year round. The enclosure consists of a 10X5M heated pool, arched covered lounge / external dining room with ceiling fan, BBQ area to the rear and manicured gardens bordering the pool. This enclosure wraps around the rear of house too. Behind this and at both sides of the property you will find more gardens with mature trees and a children's play area.
 
The country views around the home are breathtaking and offers sites of a number of villages and hamlets. The access is off the main road that is the Carretera de Garrucha / Turre.
