This house a very good value for money as a property on its own without the inclusion of the annex which we will now focus on. 

The annex house consists of an arched vestibule style entrance gallery that leads into the lower floor space which at the moment is made up of numerous rooms which just need someone to put their own stamp on them. The original plan was to have a On the ground floor there are various rooms which were going to be massage room and a sauna.In the center of this property there is a very traditional central atrium that covers both the ground and upper floors.
