Continuing on the west corridor to the left is the third bedroom currently used as a large dining room. This spacious room has high ceilings and is next to the conveniently located cloakroom. This as a bedroom has plenty of space to incorporate an en-suite bathroom with plumbing so close by. The kitchen previously mentioned makes up the remaining part of the west wing.

Switching to the East wing is the second guest bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom next to it with a large walk in shower. The corridor also has built in storage cupboards in this corridor and a a cleverly designed airing cupboard / hot-press.

The master bedroom is very spacious with a large separate walk-in dressing room leading to the modern en-suite bathroom which is at the corner of the East and West wing. Outside this bedroom is a base structure which was used for a above ground swimming pool however there is a large amount of flat land around the property and many areas where a private pool would be suitable (permission would need to be applied for via the local town hall) . There is A/C and electric central heating as well as internet and Satellite TV which can be controlled separately. The mains electric supply has a white meter allowing certain times of the day at a much lower tariff. The property also boasts double glazing throughout.
